1. Cancellation and Exchange

Once an order has been placed through our website, you can cancel or modify it by sending us an email at info@aroha-fashion.com.

Once an order has been packed, it can no longer be canceled or modified; instead, it must be returned to us in accordance with section 10 below. Since our goods are shipped from Asia, there may be longer transit times beyond our control. If the goods are already on their way to you, cancellation is no longer possible. Please wait until you receive the goods and then return them to us. Of course, you can notify us of your cancellation in advance. To ensure the fastest possible return process, we ask that you send us confirmation of shipment.
An early refund is possible no sooner than 16 weeks after the order was received, if the goods have not been delivered.

As we operate with a fully automated system, orders are processed immediately after being placed. Therefore, it is unfortunately not possible to interrupt the shipping process once the order has been dispatched. A refund before receiving the goods is only possible within 15 minutes of placing the order.
2. Returns & Refunds

Our Return Policy is part of these Terms and Conditions under which you may visit and use our website.

If you are not completely satisfied with your order, you can email us to indicate which product you wish to return and send the product back to us. The withdrawal period is 30 days from the day you or a third party designated by you (who is not the carrier) receives the last item of your order.

Return shipments and return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

A refund will only be issued once we have received the returned product. We will inspect the returned item upon arrival.

You must ensure that the product is returned in the same condition as when you received it and that it is properly packaged. The item must be unused, with original tags intact, and in its original packaging. If a product is returned in an unsuitable condition, we reserve the right to refuse the return. If a product is returned damaged, we also reserve the right to reject the return.

Our return processing time depends on your order. You will receive your refund within 30 days of us receiving and approving the return.

If we are satisfied with the condition of the returned item, we will send you an email confirming the approval of your return. Once your return has been approved, the refund will be issued to the original payment method used for the order. There are no additional storage fees for returned products.

A cancellation is considered complete once we have received the physical goods.

3. Steps for Cancellation
1️⃣ Request the return form from our support team, fill it out, sign it, and send it back to us.
2️⃣ Send the goods back using a return method that includes a tracking number.
Please inform us in advance of your return, so we can properly assign the received goods to the correct order. This is the only way to ensure a fast refund.
Once the return has been received, we will confirm the receipt, and the refund will be processed accordingly. Always use a trackable shipping method to return your items so that we can track and process your return efficiently.
